Telstra Smart Community®

The developers have entered into an agreement with Telstra which will see the Beachridge Estate participate in the Telstra Smart Community® program, providing residents from Stage 4 onwards with access to leading edge telecommunications services.

The new telecommunications infrastructure will enable the delivery of High Speed broadband services, free to air and pay TV (via Telstra Velocity™) to each home.

Households connected within 24 months of settlement are eligible for up to $1,500 of rebates on their Telstra service.

Building Incentives Offer*

Rebates are on offer on select lots in Beachridge Estate, where the Buyer completes the construction of a new home on the lot.

The Offer comprises:

For homes completed within 24 months of settlement

• A $40,000 cash rebate paid at Settlement
• Front garden landscaping to the value of $ 4,000 incl. of GST 1.
• Fencing to the value of $5,000 incl. of  GST 2.
• Rainwater tank and related plumbing to the value of $1,000 incl. of  GST2.
• Telstra Smart Community® Package (including broadband, telephone services and Foxtel through fibre optic cable) to the value of  $1,500 incl. of GST. Refer to www.telstrasmartcommunity.com for conditions.
  

1. Works to be arranged by the Seller on receipt of satisfactory documentation – see Annexures for details.
