Telstra Smart Community®

The developers have entered into an agreement with Telstra which will see the Beachridge Estate participate in the Telstra Smart Community® program, providing residents from Stage 4 onwards with access to leading edge telecommunications services.

The new telecommunications infrastructure will enable the delivery of High Speed broadband services, free to air and pay TV (via Telstra Velocity™) to each home.

Households connected within 24 months of settlement are eligible for up to $1,500 of rebates on their Telstra service.

Incentives

From Stage 9 onwards, the developers are offering a total of $16,500 early building incentives which includes building, landscaping and rainwater tank rebates if you build within 30 months of settlement. 

Landscaping - $3,000 for landscaping between the road reserve and building line by a contractor nominated by the developer.*

Rainwater tank - $1,000 for rainwater tank at least 2,000 litres in size.*

Early building allowance - $12,500 for completion of residence to plate height.*
